In 2018, driven by the desire to build a more specialized approach closer to founders, he created Singulier(s). For nearly eight years, he developed this leading independent firm, specializing in recruiting Revenue, Sales, Marketing, and GTM leaders for hyper-growth companies.
In 2026, Singulier(s) joined Titan Partners Group. Today, Elliot leads the brand dedicated to the Tech ecosystem, including startups and scaleups, and expands the group's scope to the innovation market.

Franz Jarry is the CEO of ADN Ouest, France's leading digital network, which brings together over 750 companies and 5,000 employees. For over fifteen years, he has been at the forefront of organizations' digital transformation, guiding leaders and teams in adopting new practices, tools, and operating models.
Franz now brings this expertise to Titan Partners as a Board Advisor. His mission includes providing our teams with a structured and rigorous vision of what digital can and should bring to an Executive Search firm.
Believing that technology doesn't replace humans but frees them up for what truly matters, Franz embodies a digital approach focused on relationships and performance. This conviction is fully shared at Titan Partners.

Guillaume holds the Certificate of Aptitude for the Legal Profession (EFB graduate) and has a background in banking and financial law (Paris Dauphine University/Edhec Business School).
He began his professional career as a Tax Lawyer at Fidal after training in Paris with business law firms such as Weil Gotshal & Manges LLP, Arkwood, EY Société d’Avocats, PwC, and Société Générale Private Banking.
He subsequently worked in a Family Office as a Wealth Manager, serving a clientele composed exclusively of business owners.

Graduating from the Grande École Program at Rennes School of Business, Mehdi specialized in Human Resources before starting his career at Page Group (Michael Page) in 2015. He advanced to the position of Senior Manager there, taking responsibility for three business divisions and a team of seven consultants.
He continued his career at FAB Group, where he managed a team specializing in banking, finance, and legal recruitment, and developed in-depth expertise in these demanding markets.
In 2021, driven by the desire to build a more specialized and client-centric approach, he co-founded Titan Partners, a recruitment firm dedicated to legal and financial professions. Today, he serves as its General Manager alongside Guillaume, supporting the development of the group and its various brands.

Jules is a Partner at the Titan Partners group and leads the development of the Titan Interim Management entity.
After studying at a business school (a graduate of Audencia Business School's Grande Ecole program), Jules began his professional career as a Management Consultant at a consulting firm in Paris, where he worked with clients in the retail, industrial, banking, and public sectors.
He then worked as a regional director for a major freelance placement firm. Jules had the opportunity to interact with numerous interim managers and clients across various sectors (banking, insurance, industry, energy, retail, and public sectors).

With extensive experience in legal recruitment and in-depth knowledge of the specific challenges faced by law firms, legal departments, and notarial offices, Louise Pomariega's mission will be to support Titan Legal's strategic development while strengthening their leading position in the market.
Over the years, Louise Pomariega has built a relationship of trust with legal professionals, both in law firms, corporate legal departments, and notarial offices. She primarily focuses on recruiting experienced professionals while managing a team of specialized consultants.

With extensive experience in legal recruitment, I specialize in real estate law and employment law, and I have a deep understanding of the specific expectations and needs of law firms. My expertise allows me to quickly grasp the challenges of each recruitment and identify the talent that truly aligns with my clients' culture and ambitions. For me, recruitment isn't just a process; it's a strategic and human encounter where every interaction matters. I am committed to building lasting relationships between candidates and clients, combining active listening, precision, and excellence, to build strong teams tailored to their objectives.

Holding a bachelor's degree in law and a master's in human resources, Roxane chose to focus her career on recruitment, a field that allows her to combine her legal knowledge with her interest in supporting people.
A senior legal recruitment consultant, she assists law firms, notarial offices, and corporate legal departments in defining and implementing their tailor-made recruitment projects across France. Her role involves understanding the specific needs of each organization, identifying and recruiting the most suitable profiles, and ensuring the success of each integration.

Louis Raimbault is the Head of Partnerships at Titan Finance. His role is to establish new partnerships with investment funds, family offices, asset management companies, and M&A firms, and to manage a portfolio of institutional clients.

Lucille has 10 years of experience in the recruitment sector. She primarily focuses on recruitment for law firms and corporate legal departments, with highly specialized expertise in public business law.

As Head of Partnerships and Business Development, Tristan oversees a team of two and leads relationships with our strategic clients — law firms, notarial offices, and legal departments.
His role involves developing and maintaining strong partnerships, understanding our clients' needs, and supporting them in their search for future talent, with the same commitment to excellence and responsiveness that defines Titan Partners.
For him, every partnership is first and foremost a relationship of trust: it's by combining active listening, expertise, and tailored support that we contribute to our clients' success and the growth of Titan Partners.

Amélie joined Titan Partners in 2024 as a Legal Recruitment Consultant, supporting law firms, notary offices, insolvency practitioners, and in-house legal departments in defining and implementing their recruitment strategies.
